About these terms These terms apply when you buy a digital guide from Seven Stone Dad, a trading name of Tailored Lifestyle Solutions Ltd, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ. Contact: info@tl-solution.co.uk.

What you're buying Our guides are digital downloads (PDF). When your payment is confirmed you'll see a download button, receive an email with your guide attached, and be able to download it again from your account.

Prices and payment Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe or Fena at the time of purchase.

Your right to cancel Digital downloads are supplied straight away. At checkout you ask us to start supply immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. This doesn't affect your rights if a guide is faulty or not as described. See our refund policy.

Using the guides Your guide is for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell or publish it.

Health The guides describe what worked for one person. They aren't medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication, speak to your GP before changing your diet or exercise. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or breathlessness.

Our liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.

Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
